comrce erweitert Geschäftsleitung: Boris Redlich wird neuer Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

The e-commerce software hub comrce appoints Boris Redlich as Chief Revenue Officer retroactively as of January 1, 2026. In his new role, he is responsible for Partner Management and Customer Success & Support across the Group. He will retain his operational focus as managing director at the subsidiary Amainvoice.

comrce is realigning its management structure for the next phase of growth. Boris Redlich, who only started as managing director at Amainvoice in September 2025, is expanding his area of responsibility and moving up to the C-level of the comrce Group. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), he will from now on strategically bundle and manage the customer and partner-oriented areas of the entire Group.

Focus on excellent customer journeys and strong partnerships

By creating the CRO position, comrce is pursuing the goal of harmonizing service quality across all brands — including Billbee, Amainvoice, Replyco and VentoryOne — and raising it to a new level. For customers and partners, the focus is on smooth and efficient cooperation.

By bundling strategic responsibility for the remaining independent areas of Partner Management and Customer Success, comrce ensures that customers benefit optimally from the synergies of the software hub. The goal is a seamless customer journey in which software and support work together perfectly, supplemented by access to a powerful partner network.

Dual role as a strategic link

The new position does not mean a withdrawal from Amainvoice's operational business. On the contrary: Boris Redlich remains anchored there as managing director. This dual function serves as a bridge to scale the successful processes and impulses from the Amainvoice business to the entire COMRCE Group.
