As CPTO, I oversee product and technology development at comrce. This role involves managing product development strategically, as well as technological innovations and strategies, in collaboration with technology and product managers at companies within the group.

Can I also submit an unsolicited application to the comrce group?

Which company language do you speak?

We primarily speak German, but we also have English-speaking colleagues, so we use English from time to time, such as during our quarterly town hall meetings.

We have group tools that all companies in the comrce group use uniformly. These include Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, and Personio. Some teams also use additional tools tailored to their specific tasks and topics.

I've never worked remotely before. How is it going with you?

No problem! Remote work is easy with us. If you accept a remote position with us, you can work anywhere in Germany with flexible hours. We will provide you with high-quality hardware to create an optimal working environment, so all you have to do is ensure a stable internet connection.

How long does the application process take for you?

On average, it takes us 30 days from the time we receive an application to the time we make an offer. You will usually receive initial feedback on your application within a week.
