That's what AmazerVice does

AmazerVice is the company behind the Amainvoice product, which has become increasingly popular with Amazon retailers in recent years.

As the largest marketplace, Amazon brings its own unique challenges for online retailers. From your own logistics system (FBA) to a sales tax calculation service and much more - selling on Amazon can prove to be extremely successful, but it is also not that easy from a retailer's point of view! Mainly in the “accounting” sector, questions and stumbling blocks arise time and again, which must be overcome by retailers. And that's exactly where Amainvoice comes in:

Amainvoice processes all data from Amazon and generates all necessary documents and information that your tax office needs to process accounting correctly, but is not provided by Amazon as standard. The tool also has other functionalities so that Amazon accounting does not cause headaches:

  • Amazon invoices: Invoicing can be carried out either via Amainvoice or the Amazon Sales Tax Calculation Service (VCS, which stands for Amazon VAT Calculations Service) algorithm. Invoices are automatically uploaded to Seller Central.
  • Going global: Amainvoice supports all Amazon's European and global marketplaces, including the UK in accordance with the Brexit standard, including Europe-wide tax office partners.
  • Amazon payout report: The Amazon payout report is unraveled by a transparent presentation of the discrepancy between invoice and payout amount. This provides overall overviews of fees, revenues and refunds in order to get a transparent overview of Amazon sales.
  • OSS & revenue threshold: Sales tax allocation within the EU is carried out in accordance with OSS standards (one-stop shop) according to the country of destination principle. The turnover threshold is also automatically monitored and notified when limits are reached.
  • Intra-community transport: The shipment of goods is documented in Amainvoice and includes summary reports (ZM), SAF-T, Intrastat, pro forma invoices and commingling transactions.
  • Digital interfaces: Interfaces are provided for easy use for international VAT and goods shipment reporting, ERP systems (such as Billbee) and the DATEV environment.
  • Sales tax ID verification: Amazon Business as well as a qualified VAT ID check for intra-community B2B sales and a B2B-in-B2C invoice conversion option.
  • Comprehensive reporting and warning system: Be informed about existing errors and, if necessary, about interventions that must be carried out manually.

The use of Amainvoice also offers significant advantages for tax offices. This is because Amainvoice provides fully formatted booking records. These include document images of all Amazon business transactions and the posting batches are directly divided into revenue, shipment of goods and payout statement.
