Billbee acquires Replyco: You need to know that!

We have grown in various ways over the last few years. More retailers are using Billbee, our team now consists of almost 50 employees and the number of integrations and interfaces has also continued to grow. Billbee is now taking the next step: We buy a company.

Billbee is a multi-channel tool for primarily small and medium-sized online retailers who automate their ordering and business processes. The strong growth in recent years is to be further increased through the continuous integration of new functionalities and tools. Billbee is still bootstrapped and Replyco is Billbee's first acquisition. With this acquisition, Billbee is expanding the existing e-commerce ecosystem, which has so far focused primarily on automating the ordering process and after-sales.

What is Replyco?

Replyco is a specialized e-commerce help desk platform from the UK that enables online retailers to centralize all customer messages in an intuitive inbox and thus automate tasks and workflows. Thanks to a simple setup process, the SaaS solution also gives small e-commerce retailers the opportunity to offer first-class customer service.

We understand that you may have questions about what the acquisition of Replyco means for Billbee and you as a user. In fact, nothing will change for you:) There is no need for you to do anything, as your Billbee services will continue as usual. We want to make sure you can focus on growing your business without interruptions or concerns.

You will soon find Replyco in our partner network. In the background, we are already working together on the technical integration of the interface. The functionalities of Replyco will be made available to you as a user in the future, as with all other partner interfaces. As soon as there is news about this, you will of course find out about it on our channels.

What are the next steps?

Replyco will soon be listed in our partner network. As soon as the technical integration is completed, we will let you know. One of the next steps includes preparing for Replyco's market entry in the DACH region.
