Eligibility requirements

Service provider:

2. Employees and representatives of comrce GmbH (“comrce”) and their affiliated companies and family members, or any person associated with the administration or programming of the survey, are not eligible to receive a participation bonus.

3. In order to participate in the competition, participants must answer the survey completely and seriously. Complete means that the participant is not excluded from the survey early on (“screen out”) because the requirements for respondents are not met. Serious means that the participant answers the survey within a reasonable period of time (i.e. does not systematically always choose the first answer option and therefore spends significantly less time than would be expected from an average participant).

4. Only one participation in the survey and competition is allowed per person. Responding to the survey on behalf of someone else will not be accepted.

5. Participation in the survey and participation in the competition require acceptance of these conditions of participation.

6. comrce is not responsible for participation in the survey that is lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered or submitted for technical reasons. Proof that the survey participation has been sent is not proof that comrce has received the survey participation.

7. Survey participants who answer the survey in full will be asked to provide their email address. Participation in the competition is only possible if an email address is provided.

8. The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payment is excluded, as is legal recourse.

9. The use of the data provided by comrce and third parties is subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. The data provided will only be processed and used for the survey and will be deleted no later than 30 days after the award has been transferred. They will only be passed on to third parties as part of the sending of the competition rewards.

10. This survey and the conduct of the competition are subject exclusively to the laws of the German Federal Republic and exclusive jurisdiction in German courts.
